Our take
Caraway is the brand that pulled the non-toxic cookware conversation into the mainstream. The mineral-based ceramic coating is genuinely free of PFAS chemistry, and the set lives in the average kitchen — pots, pans, lids, and an organizer. Heat distribution on the smaller pieces is good; the largest sauté can run hot near the rivets. Cleans easily for the first year. Replace the coating every 2-3 years.
Pros
- Ceramic coating with no PFAS
- Comes with cabinet organizer
- Light enough for daily use
Cons
- Coating wears faster than stainless or cast iron
- Premium price
- Not induction-compatible across the full range
