Our take
Demeyere is Zwilling-owned Belgian cookware. The Industry 5 line is their value tier — five-ply stainless with the cooking surface drawn from a single piece of metal so there is no rivet on the inside of the pan to trap food. Heavy, even, and induction-compatible without compromise. Same build philosophy as their flagship Atlantis line at a fraction of the price.
Pros
- Riveted-free interior surface
- Heavy-gauge five-ply
- Induction compatible
Cons
- Heavier than Made In or Cuisinart
- Limited US retail presence
- Stainless cooking learning curve
