Our take

Heritage Steel is small-batch USA-made stainless cookware out of Tennessee. The Titanium Series replaces the standard 18/10 cooking surface with 21/0 titanium-stabilized stainless — non-reactive, less leaching of trace nickel for people who care about that. Five-ply construction throughout (not just the base) means even heating across the wall too. No coating, lifetime warranty. The downside is weight and price — heavier than Made In, similar cost.

Pros

  • Titanium-stabilized 21/0 cooking surface (lower nickel exposure)
  • Five-ply throughout, not just the base
  • Made in USA with lifetime warranty

Cons

  • Heavy
  • Premium price
  • Stainless learning curve still applies
